I Can’t Access or Print My Paid SunExpress Ticket for Antalya–Paris Flight

I purchased tickets for the SunExpress flight from Antalya to Paris on April 9, 2025. Despite completing payment, I’m unable to view or print the actual e-tickets. The link sent to my email only shows basic flight details—not the full e-ticket or a printable version. I checked their website as well, but the ticket documents are nowhere to be found.

This is unacceptable. I paid for these tickets and expect to receive a proper PDF copy, especially since these bookings were made for my parents, who need physical proof of their reservation. SunExpress is fully aware that just showing flight details is not enough in many situations—yet they’re not sending the full ticket.

I am requesting that PDF versions of the tickets be sent immediately to my email: h******@yahoo.com**. I shouldn’t have to chase after something I already paid for. Fix this now and deliver what you promised.
