Streamlabs Denied My Refund By Ignoring My Request
I registered for Streamlabs' premium subscription, but within their claimed 7-day policy I immediately sought a refund after deciding it wasn't worth the cost. I watched for a reply, but nothing arrived. Two weeks later, I at last received an email stating my refund request was declined since it wasn't filed within a week—a total lie since I have email documents indicating I requested it on time. I even went several times in between, only to be turned down. By now, it seems as though they stifle refund requests on purpose in order to say they are past the deadline. This is dubious business behavior, hence Streamlabs is not something I would suggest to anyone. They stole my money and will not admit their own rules.
