StreamYard Charged Me for 10 Months Without Sending any Billing Notices

About billing, bills, or even auto-renewals, StreamYard never emails. Not warnings, not reminders—nothing at all. Pure chance was the only reason I even discovered I still belonged. I logged in believing my account had been frozen for months because I occurred to see they were hiking their rates. Rather, I discovered they had been charging me without my awareness for about ten months. About approaching renewals or money leaving my account, I never received one communication. Had I not checked, they most likely would have kept charging me without stop. This is dubious business behavior, and it's honestly amazing that a corporation offering subscription-based services neglects even simple billing confirmations. I will not be trusting StreamYard once more.
