Strava Charged Me Without Notice and Provided No Real Support or Contact Options
When Strava withdrew a regular payment from my account without warning, I was somewhat let down. Since I hardly used the app in recent months, I honestly forgot all about subscription a few years ago for a cheaper rate. A charge of £54.99 suddenly materialised, and I had no idea where it came from. Not one reminder email or message offered me an opportunity to cancel. When I contacted their support service about a refund, I hardly even received a suitable reply—just an automatic note. To exacerbate the situation, no contact number exists to allow one to communicate with a real person. They seem to make it difficult on purpose to fix these problems.
