Strava Failed to Activate My Gift Subscription Despite Taking Payment
When I went to buy a birthday gift membership for my brother, Strava let me down. After I paid, the money was immediately taken from my account; neither of us got any email or activation link to confirm. Though I examined everything—email addresses, spam folders—there was nothing. I contacted Strava's customer service and received no appropriate answer. Rather, I was informed that no subscription purchase could be found in records. I have my bank statement clearly displaying the transaction, hence this is ridiculous. After more than a week, I still have a solution under search. To be honest, from a reputable firm like Strava, I expected far better service. Really let down!
