my orders, 50203455317 and 50202063187, from Stradivarius placed on November 23, still haven't been shipped. While everyone around me who made purchases on the same day has received their orders, mine haven't even been sent to the shipping company. There are no contact numbers available for inquiries. Please expedite the shipment. Waiting this long is unacceptable. Many others are also affected, and I urge you to address this promptly.
