On October 10, 2025, I experienced a payment issue at the Stradivarius store in MarkAntalya, which caused me significant inconvenience. I paid for my purchase at the register, and the payment was clearly deducted from my bank account. However, the staff claimed that the POS system did not show any record of the transaction and, in front of other customers, accused me of having insufficient funds in a dismissive and harsh tone.
I showed them proof from my bank account confirming the successful payment, yet they insisted that I make the payment again, assuring me that the first transaction would be refunded within one hour. It has now been eight hours, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I returned to the store to explain the situation, I was met with the same rude and indifferent attitude. They simply said, “We’ll handle it at the end of the day — it’s not our problem,” and refused to assist further.
This small issue was handled unprofessionally and made unnecessarily stressful due to the poor behavior of the staff. It’s disappointing to experience this, especially as a first-time Stradivarius customer. I request that my refund be processed immediately and that the brand address the behavior of the store employees to prevent such incidents in the future.
