First, log in to your account and check "My Orders" to make sure that only one order was processed. Then, look at your bank or credit card account to see if there are any charges that happened on the same day.
Next, get in touch with Stradivarius's customer help right away. On their website, go to "Contact Us" and fill out the form. If it's open, choose "Billing or Payment Issue." In the message, be specific about the problem with the double charge. Include your order number, the date of the transaction, and any transaction IDs from your bank account.
If Stradivarius doesn't reply in a few days, you should call your bank to dispute the double charge. A lot of banks have ways to handle charges that aren't authorised, and they might even be able to reverse one of the transactions right away. Keep copies of all the messages you send to Stradivarius in case you need to follow up with them again.
