StormGain Platform Change – Missing Funds and No Response
Dear StormGain Support,
I am a previous user of the StormGain platform, and I have successfully completed paid transactions in the past, with all funds being transferred to my account without any issues. However, after not using the platform for some time, I recently sent funds through the same network I had previously used.
When I logged into StormGain after this transaction, I discovered that the platform had been migrated to another service. Despite this, the funds I sent did not appear in my account and are completely missing from my transaction history. This is highly concerning, and I consider it a major issue that requires urgent resolution.
I emailed customer support 17 days ago, but I have not received any response. I need immediate clarification on why this happened and a solution regarding my missing funds. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
Please address this issue as soon as possible.
