Storks Diamond Bracelet Loses Stone and Value

In March 2025, I purchased a diamond bracelet from Storks for approximately $928. Before even one year had passed since the purchase, one of the stones fell out of the bracelet. As a result, I gave the bracelet to Storks for repair. When I went to pick it up around May 2026 after being informed that it had been repaired, I noticed that the structural part underneath the stone had been bent.
When I spoke with the store, I was reminded that I had previously been told that if I experienced another problem with the bracelet, they would offer an exchange or refund. However, when I requested an exchange this time, I was told that the bracelet, which I had purchased for approximately $743 in March 2025, was valued at only approximately $474 as of August 2026. I believe the bracelet is defective because it has repeatedly had problems involving the stones falling out, and I also believe that the value offered to me is significantly below the product's actual value.
Taking into account both the original purchase price and current market conditions, I request that my bracelet be exchanged for another product of equivalent value. I also request that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible, particularly in light of the previous commitment made to me regarding an exchange or refund if the bracelet developed another problem.
