Storks Diamond Ring Sold Above Website Price With 30% Refund Deduction

I purchased a Storks solitaire diamond ring from a jewelry store called Ç***** A**** located in the Altınsaray Jewelers’ Bazaar in Eskişehir. In June 2026, I was charged approximately $867 for a product that should have cost around $619, which was significantly higher than the price listed on the store’s own website. We only realized afterward that the price we had been charged was substantially higher than the price shown on their website.

When we wanted to return the product, the store then deducted 30% from the purchase price and refunded us only approximately $607. All of the transactions were conducted in cash, and no invoice, receipt, or other documentation was provided. As a result, we were financially disadvantaged both because the product was sold to us at a price far above its apparent value and because a substantial deduction was made when we returned it.

I want this experience to be visible online so that other customers can be made aware of what happened and hopefully avoid experiencing similar problems. I request that the amount overcharged by the company be refunded and that these types of non-transparent practices be discontinued.
