I bought a Storks İnce Su Yolu diamond bracelet because I loved the design, but it fell off and got lost after a while. I didn’t bump my arm or do anything that could have damaged it—it just came loose and disappeared, likely while walking or sitting in a café. The store was very helpful and sent it for repairs, but after getting it back, the same thing happened again, and I lost it permanently. A friend who owns the same model also had the same issue—the clasp opens on its own, making it easy to lose. If this bracelet is designed for daily wear, why isn’t the clasp stronger? For the high price I paid, I expected better craftsmanship. Even cheap jewelry is more secure! Storks needs to fix this design flaw so customers don’t keep losing expensive bracelets.
