Steve Madden Sent Wrong Items Twice – No Customer Support or Refund
I placed two orders with Steve Madden, expecting to receive shoes and a bag. After waiting months for delivery, they sent me sunglasses both times instead of the items I ordered. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially as I was charged in dollars and now have no way to reach customer support. My emails keep bouncing back, and there’s no available phone number to contact them. I feel completely scammed by this experience and don’t know how to get my money back or reach someone who can help. Has anyone else faced this issue with Steve Madden?
