Steve Madden Shoes Worn Once and Severely Damaged

I recently wore a pair of Steve Madden shoes, purchased some time ago but worn for the first time just last night. Despite only one wear, the shoes’ inner and outer soles, edges, and accessories show alarming signs of damage. I’ve shared photos to highlight the extent of the wear, which is unacceptable for a brand that I once trusted during my years in the U.S. It seems Steve Madden is now sending lower-quality, Made-in-China versions to our market, and I feel my money has been wasted.
I am deeply disappointed with this decline in quality. I am an average-sized person with narrow feet, and I wore the shoes in a normal setting with no misuse involved. I don’t expect to find a point of contact to address this, but I strongly advise others to avoid Steve Madden products if they want durability. Quality should not be this difficult to maintain, and these results are simply unacceptable.
