My Steve Madden Shoes Not Delivered After 30 Days
I ordered two pairs of Steve Madden shoes a month ago, yet I still haven’t received them, nor have I received any communication from the seller. Despite the payment being taken from my account in dollars, there has been complete silence—no tracking information, updates, or replies to my emails. I can’t understand how a website that ranks highly on Google can operate this way without any accountability.
I’m left waiting with no resolution in sight, and it’s extremely frustrating. I expect Steve Madden or the seller to address this immediately, either by shipping the items I purchased or providing a full refund. I trusted this brand, and I deserve better communication and customer service for my purchase.
