Parimatch UPI Withdrawal Deducted but Not Credited

I am writing about a withdrawal problem I experienced with Parimatch. On 16 July 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 9,000 INR via UPI. The balance was deducted from my Parimatch account, but the money has still not reached my bank account. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue and I was told that they would fix the problem, but until now nothing has been resolved and the amount has not been credited back to my Parimatch account or paid to my bank. I request that my 9,000 INR withdrawal either be immediately transferred to my bank account or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be returned to my Parimatch balance without any further delay, and that a clear explanation be provided about what went wrong with this transaction.
