SteelSeries Rival 3 Wireless Left Click Takes Me Back Instead of Clicking Properly

November 20, 2024 8:47 PM124

I purchased the SteelSeries Rival 3 Wireless mouse on November 16, 2024, and I’ve been facing an incredibly frustrating issue that makes it almost unusable for my work. When I left-click—especially while browsing on Google—the page suddenly goes back as if I hit the back button. This problem has severely affected my 3D design workflow; just a single accidental click can erase hours of work and reset my entire project.

I’ve checked the settings in the SteelSeries GG software, but I couldn’t find any option that controls or disables this behavior. I am seriously fed up with this bug and expect an immediate fix or replacement. SteelSeries, please step up and support your users—this issue is unacceptable for a premium mouse.
