SteelSeries Prime Plus Scroll Wheel Malfunctioning After 6 Months

I purchased the SteelSeries Prime Plus mouse just six months ago, and now the scroll wheel is malfunctioning. Instead of smoothly scrolling down, it randomly scrolls up on its own.

After researching, I found that many users report this as a common issue, yet SteelSeries continues to sell the product without addressing the defect. If this is a known issue, why hasn’t production been halted or improved?

I expect a quick resolution, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or a permanent fix for this faulty design. SteelSeries should acknowledge the issue and provide proper support to affected customers. I demand a solution immediately!
