SteelSeries Rival 3 Wireless Has Chronic Battery & Connection Issues

On November 16, 2025, I purchased the SteelSeries Rival 3 Wireless mouse on N11 through the seller Jetklik. From the moment I started using it, I encountered two major problems: extremely high battery drain and recurring connection errors after every battery change. These issues have been happening since day one.

I replaced the battery, but the problem persisted. In my research, I discovered that many users—both in Turkey and abroad—have been experiencing the same issues. I bought the product based on its high ratings and reviews, but now I deeply regret the purchase. The problems seem chronic, and this situation has seriously damaged my trust in the SteelSeries brand. I emailed the company and am currently waiting for a response.

My product is under warranty, and I have the invoice information (Document No: sea2025000084141). My primary expectation is a refund. I am not sure whether SteelSeries can fix this issue with a software update.
