I Face SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 Double Click And Cable Connection Issues

13

I have been using the SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 mouse for approximately 8 months, and despite experiencing serious issues with the product for the last 6 months, I have not been able to find a solution. Even though I have never used the product improperly, it first developed a double-click issue, and then the cable started having connection problems on its own, behaving as if it was internally damaged.

Especially while gaming, quick movements become extremely difficult because of both the double-click problem and the unstable cable connection. Clicks are not detected correctly, the mouse behaves as if the connection is disconnecting, and this directly affects my gaming performance. Despite using the product carefully and responsibly, experiencing these problems in such a short period has been a major disappointment for me regarding the brand.

Because of these issues, I do not believe the SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 model is worth its price, and I do not recommend this product to other users. I request that SteelSeries investigate these recurring issues and provide solutions such as refunds or replacements for customers who experience these problems. Users affected by these failures should be taken seriously and supported with an appropriate resolution.
