Rival 650 Wireless Mouse Dongle and Connectivity Issues

I purchased the Rival 650 wireless mouse six months ago, and the dongle has already stopped working. Initially, I didn’t encounter many issues, but now the mouse's performance has significantly deteriorated. The battery drains far too quickly, and the wireless connection is unreliable.

Additionally, the mouse frequently freezes in the application, making it impossible to use properly. This has caused immense frustration, especially since I expected better quality from such a reputed brand.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and request an immediate resolution. Either replace the faulty dongle and address these technical problems, or provide a full refund. I expect prompt support to restore my trust in your brand.
