Disappointed With SteelSeries Product and Support

I purchased a SteelSeries product through Teknosa, and unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. When I contacted Teknosa for a return or exchange, they were completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving my issue. Left with no alternative, I had to discard the product, which was incredibly frustrating and wasteful.

To make matters worse, I later received a call offering a gift card if I agreed to delete my complaint. This attempt at damage control only diminished my trust in SteelSeries further. A brand of this reputation should collaborate with reliable and customer-focused retailers. I will no longer buy from SteelSeries as this experience has completely soured my opinion of the brand. I expect better treatment and accountability.
