It's been exactly 114 days, and I can't RECEIVE the service I paid for. I purchased a TV from Teknosa on 11/09/2023 as part of the Delonghi coffee machine gift campaign for buying a Samsung OLED TV. Samsung sent the coffee machine exactly 2 months later, and it arrived defective and damaged. Upon contacting Teknosa, they redirected me, stating Samsung would handle it. Samsung, in turn, directed me to Delonghi. Delonghi insisted I should contact the place of purchase. After two weeks of constant redirection, my issue remained unresolved. Following my complaint on Yorumvar.com about a month ago, they began calling me daily, claiming they were interested. The outcome: Teknosa received the money, sold the goods, and there's nothing I can do. Samsung, the sender, says they're not interested. Delonghi, witnessing all this, shows sympathy and offers to fix it if I bring it back. Paying 73,000 TL, waiting for 2 months, receiving defective goods, and being told there's nothing they can do is truly astonishing. Warning to those considering buying Samsung: be aware.
