Samsung Oled TV Delonghi Coffee Machine Gift Campaign
I bought a TV from Teknosa on 11/09/2023 from the Delonghi coffee machine gift campaign for the purchase of a Samsung Oled TV. Samsung sent the coffee machine exactly 2 months later and it was broken, defective and damaged. I go to Teknosa, they say Samsung will take care of it, I call Samsung, they say Delonghi will take care of it, I call Delonghi, they say you did not buy it from us, the place you bought it from will take care of it, they drove us around like a ball for two weeks, finally we reached the Samsung regional manager, Delonghi will call you and solve the problem, rest assured He said, again, exactly two weeks have passed, no one has called or asked... I honestly can't understand, if Teknosa, Samsung, Delonghi and these brands disgrace their customers this much, where will the citizens shop from, who will they trust, what a pity.

It's been exactly 114 days, and I can't RECEIVE the service I paid for. I purchased a TV from Teknosa on 11/09/2023 as part of the Delonghi coffee machine gift campaign for buying a Samsung OLED TV. Samsung sent the coffee machine exactly 2 months later, and it arrived defective and damaged. Upon contacting Teknosa, they redirected me, stating Samsung would handle it. Samsung, in turn, directed me to Delonghi. Delonghi insisted I should contact the place of purchase. After two weeks of constant redirection, my issue remained unresolved. Following my complaint on Yorumvar.com about a month ago, they began calling me daily, claiming they were interested. The outcome: Teknosa received the money, sold the goods, and there's nothing I can do. Samsung, the sender, says they're not interested. Delonghi, witnessing all this, shows sympathy and offers to fix it if I bring it back. Paying 73,000 TL, waiting for 2 months, receiving defective goods, and being told there's nothing they can do is truly astonishing. Warning to those considering buying Samsung: be aware.
