SteelSeries Rival 600 Mouse Buttons Malfunctioned, Repair Service Unavailable

42

I purchased the SteelSeries Rival 600 gaming mouse, and now the buttons have stopped working. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any service to repair it. Eventually, I reached out to a company called Teklos, but instead of offering a repair, they suggested a replacement. The price they quoted for the replacement mouse was higher than the market price, which is both unreasonable and frustrating.

It’s disappointing that a reputable brand like SteelSeries doesn’t provide accessible repair services for its products. A simple button issue shouldn’t require an overpriced replacement. This experience has left me questioning whether I would consider SteelSeries for future purchases. I expect a reasonable solution, such as an affordable repair option or a fair replacement policy.
