I purchased a Dyson V12 model from İstinyePark Teknosa, which subsequently malfunctioned. After sending it for repairs to their technical service department with a promised maximum of 20 business days, I waited for 15 days without receiving any updates from Teknosa. Despite multiple attempts to contact both their general call center and the İstinyePark branch, I did not receive a clear response. They assured me of callbacks that never materialized. On the 17th day, I had to initiate contact myself, only to be told to come and collect my product. Upon arriving at the store, I discovered that the product had not yet been repaired and was still faulty.
Repeatedly expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting to speak with the store manager over the phone and in person yielded no results, as I was told each time that the manager was unavailable. It has been over a month, and my product has neither been repaired nor replaced. During each visit, I am assured that I will receive information the following week, only to be sent away empty-handed.
I strongly believe that if they cannot provide adequate service, they should not be selling Dyson products. Despite promises of follow-ups, I have received no communication. Phone calls result in lengthy waits and no resolution. Each employee provides conflicting information, and customer satisfaction seems disregarded. Despite patiently recounting the process each time, no action is taken. I have been without my vacuum cleaner for over a month and am experiencing significant distress due to this situation. It is unacceptable that my product remains unrepaired for such a long period.
Therefore, due to the neglect and lack of communication I have experienced, I requested a replacement product. However, a week has passed without any response to my request. Different employees provide different information each time, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the entire ordeal. I demand that appropriate action be taken.
