I'm really shocked and frustrated because Steam and Steam Lidio took out about 3,000 TL from my account without my permission. It's really shocking that there was no notification or confirmation for such a large amount being deducted. What's even more upsetting is that it seems like I can't argue with the bank about this transaction. I feel really vulnerable right now and I really need to get my money back as soon as possible. The fact that we haven't received any response or acknowledgment about the refund makes this situation even more urgent.
