I bought a game from Steam, actually two, but it didn't perform well on my computer, so I applied for a refund. The return was accepted today, but even though they received the game, I haven't received the refund in my account yet. The money was deducted only from my Steam wallet, but the refund hasn't been credited to my card yet. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received my refund. What is the problem here, if it wasn't ok, they should have said something, now I neither have the game nor the money back...What is this? Also, how could they just do what they like, as users we deserve better than this.
