Steam Took My Payment but Didn’t Add the Game to My Library—Still Says Pending

My Steam username is semsetido. I recently purchased a game, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my card. However, even after all this time, the game still hasn’t appeared in my library.

For the last 30 minutes, the transaction status has been stuck on “Waiting for payment to be processed.” I have no idea why it’s taking this long. The money is already gone from my account, so what exactly is Steam waiting for?

This is incredibly frustrating—especially when you already have to wait for the right moment to purchase a game, only to have it delayed like this after payment. Steam is known for its reliability, but this kind of issue damages that trust.

Steam, I expect the game I paid for to be delivered immediately. Either complete the transaction or issue a refund. I shouldn’t have to chase down my purchase on a platform this established.
