Mastercard Dispute Over Steam Transaction Causes Connection Error

I recently faced a dispute with Mastercard concerning a recent transaction on the Steam store. On 28.12.2013, I purchased a game from Steam, and the money was smoothly deducted from my bank. The games were successfully added to my account. However, on 02.01.2024, I noticed that Mastercard disputed this transaction on Steam, claiming the card did not belong to me (chargeback). I want to emphasize that I made this transaction from my own account and believe Mastercard should rectify this situation with Steam. I kindly request the necessary actions to be taken. Despite the removal of the games from my Steam account, the refunded amount has not been credited back to my account.
