My Steam Account is Blocked Due to a Chargeback I Didn't Make

I am absolutely outraged with Steam! On March 20, 2025, I made a purchase using my personal card through the Steam application. Now, out of nowhere, I've received a "chargeback" notification from Steam, and my account has been temporarily blocked because of it. I cannot understand why I'm facing this problem months after a legitimate purchase! This is completely unacceptable, and I'm being unfairly penalized.

I made a valid transaction, and now Steam is claiming a chargeback, which I definitely did not initiate. This means there's a serious issue on your end, either with your payment processing or your security. My account is locked, and I'm losing access to my games and services due to a problem that is not my fault. This situation is causing me immense frustration and inconvenience.

Steam, you need to rectify this immediately. Remove the temporary block from my account and investigate this false chargeback claim. I expect a full explanation for why this occurred and assurance that it won't happen again. Don't punish me for an error that originated within your system. I demand a swift and satisfactory resolution to this critical issue.
