Stayforlong Reservation at Dedeman Park Bostancı Was Invalid

I booked a stay at Dedeman Park Bostancı through Stayforlong, but when I arrived at the hotel, they told me my reservation was not valid. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was unable to stay at the hotel because the reservation was never processed correctly.
I have tried multiple times to contact Stayforlong, but no one responds. The hotel refuses to take responsibility, and I’m left without a solution. Who is accountable for this mess?
I paid for a service that I never received, and I expect an immediate refund. Stayforlong must take action and respond to customers instead of ignoring them.
