Stayforlong Only Booked 1 of My 2 Hotel Rooms and Made Me Pay Again at Check-In

I booked a hotel through Stayforlong, expecting a smooth experience, but it turned into a complete disappointment. I reserved two rooms, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that only one room had been booked in the system. The second reservation was nowhere to be found, even though we had paid for both in advance.
With no other option, we were forced to pay again for the missing room at check-in just to avoid being stranded. We tried calling Stayforlong multiple times, but no one answered. We also sent several emails but received no response at all.
This is unacceptable. If you’re operating as a travel agency, you need to take responsibility when mistakes happen. I demand a full refund for the room we paid twice for and a formal apology for the stress and inconvenience caused.
