Stayforlong Payment Confirmed but Hotel Denies Booking – Who’s at Fault?

On a booking at Stayforlong, using code 5zfq21, I reserved accommodation at Lord’s Place Hotel & Spa in Northern Cyprus for November 14–17, and paid a total of $720. However, when I arrived at the hotel I was told that no such reservation exists in their system. I have spent three days trying to reach both Stayforlong customer service and the hotel, but have received no reply.

I request that my grievance be resolved, that my reservation be properly entered into the system and that my accommodation be arranged as booked.
