I made a reservation through Stayforlong.com for a 10-night stay at The Dubai Edition Hotel in Dubai, paying a total of $4,200 USD with my credit card. I received my reservation confirmation and arrived at the hotel on October 10, 2025, to check in. However, the hotel informed me that they could not find my reservation in their system and refused to accommodate me. To avoid being left without a place to stay that day, I had no choice but to pay an additional $614 USD per night directly to the hotel.
During this entire process, I tried every international and local communication channel that Stayforlong offers (email, phone, etc.), but I received absolutely no assistance and no solution. My reservation status is still unclear, and I am worried about experiencing the same issue for the remaining nights of my stay.
This is my first time using Stayforlong, and the level of inconvenience I have faced is unacceptable. I urgently request that this issue be resolved, that the amount I paid be refunded to me, and that the extra expenses I incurred be compensated. My reservation document number is SNX4QQ.
