StarMaker Device Ban Prevents Access After Losing Facebook Account
My old StarMaker account was linked to my Facebook profile. After my Facebook account was deleted, I lost access to my old StarMaker profile. When I tried to log in again on the same phone, the application tried to create a new profile on this device, which appears to have triggered your security system and caused my only personal phone to be banned. This problem started about a month ago, and about a week ago I tried to create a new account, but it could not be activated because the device is banned. My old profile was under the name “Gawad j***” on Facebook, and I am no longer able to access it or use StarMaker at all from my phone. I contacted StarMaker support and only received general policy messages, without a clear solution for my specific situation. I can provide the ID of my old account or a screenshot of my old profile to help you identify it clearly. I kindly request either the restoration of my old profile or the removal of the ban from my device so that I can at least create and use a new account normally.
