StarMaker Refuses To Restore My Four-Year-Old Account After Verification

For the last one month I have been unable to log in to my old Starmaker account, which is linked to the ID 100018617481 and is in the name of SubhagMehta. My previous mobile crashed, and I was not able to transfer the app to my new phone. When I tried to log in again through Facebook on the new device, instead of opening my existing account, a completely new ID was created, which I have not started using and do not wish to use. I have been using my old profile for about four years, and it contains my entire history, songs and efforts. Because of this, I contacted Starmaker support repeatedly by email over the past month to get my old account back. At their request, I sent my Aadhaar card, and then two separate videos: in these videos I explained the problem and clearly showed my Aadhaar card for identity verification. Later they asked for another video showing that I am trying to log in but not succeeding, and I also provided this. Despite sending all these documents and proofs, I was informed that they are unable to help me because I cannot provide the exact date when I started my profile, which was created around four years ago and is naturally difficult to recall precisely. I find it very disappointing that after fully cooperating with all security and verification steps, my identity and ownership of the account are still not being accepted just because I cannot remember the exact start date of a four‑year‑old profile. I kindly request that my access to the original account with ID 100018617481 be restored and that the newly created ID via Facebook login be ignored or closed, since I have not used it. I expect Starmaker to review all the information, videos and ID documents I have already provided and help me safely recover and reactivate my long‑term profile.

Still waiting for response from StarMaker. I have sent a mail to CEO of StarMaker Mr Jeff also.
