Star App User Needs Account Recovery Without Email Access

I want to install the Star app on my new Samsung A34 device and access my old account. However, the app requires an email address to log in, and I no longer remember the email I used at that time. I first started using the app when it was free, and my username was “a***.” After selling my previous device, I haven’t been able to use the app for about 15 months. During this time, I experienced a serious health issue (a stomach hemorrhage) and stayed away from music. Now that I’m starting to recover, I want to sing again and use the app.

Using this app is very important to me. I am requesting a solution that will allow me to access my old account using my username or another method, without needing the email address. I have not contacted customer service before.
