StarMaker Support Refuses to Transfer Account to New Email
I was using the StarMaker app with the nickname “Atases,” logging in through my Google account. I had to delete that Google account and created a new one. I reported this to StarMaker and provided all the necessary information — where I joined from, the date and name of the last song I uploaded, and even my ID number.
However, StarMaker said this information was not sufficient and refused to link my old “Atases” account to my new Google account. They promote themselves on TV, online, and across social platforms, yet they do not help their own users when needed.
I am very dissatisfied with the lack of support from customer service. I want my membership created under the “Atases” nickname to be connected to my new email address. My new and old email addresses are included in the information I already provided.
