I Spilled My Starbucks Drink with No Assistance from the Staff
On July 5, 2023, I purchased three medium-sized Cool Lime drinks at the Izmir Optimum Mall between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM. As I was carrying the tray, the door accidentally slammed into it, causing the drinks to spill all over the floor. Despite the employees witnessing the incident, they didn't offer any assistance or support. Nevertheless, I decided to get back in line and explain the situation to a staff member. To my dismay, they told me there was nothing they could do and proceeded to charge me for another set of drinks. It's frustrating to experience such lack of care and customer service. Interestingly, in a previous incident at another Starbucks, they remade my friend's spilled drink free of charge. It seems the quality of service varies between locations.
