Starbucks Service Complaint — Incorrect Drink Sizes and No Syrup Added

On September 24, 2025, after 9:50 PM, I ordered one large vanilla latte and one medium vanilla latte at the Starbucks Süreyya Plajı branch. However, I was given one small latte and one medium latte instead.

When I went back to the counter to replace the small size with the large size I originally ordered, I had to go back and forth three times before it was corrected. On top of that, even though I paid thirty lira for syrup, I realized it was never added to my drink. I observed that the staff seemed to be acting on their own discretion rather than following the order properly, and only on my third attempt was my order finally prepared correctly.

I would like to know the reason for this confusion and incomplete service, and I am requesting an explanation regarding this matter.
