I Bought 2 Stanley Thermoses That Only Keep Drinks Hot for 1 Hour Instead of 30

I purchased two Stanley-brand thermoses, both of which are labeled to keep liquids hot for up to 30 hours. However, in reality, they barely keep drinks warm for just 1 hour. This is completely misleading and falls far short of what the brand promises.

I reached out through the Kutup Ayısı website, sent multiple messages, and even followed up with emails, but received no response whatsoever. There is absolutely no one to speak with, no customer service, no acknowledgment—just silence.

Stanley, I’m extremely disappointed. I paid for a premium product based on your claims, and now I’m left with two underperforming thermoses and no support. I urgently request a proper explanation, assistance with a return or replacement, and clear communication moving forward. A company with your reputation should be standing behind its products—not ignoring its customers.
