Stanley The Quick Flip 0.70L Leaks From Lid

I purchased a Stanley The Quick Flip 0.70 L bottle from Gallery Crystal, located in Hilltown AVM, Karşıyaka/İzmir, with an invoice dated 22.09.2025. Although I bought this product specifically for carrying drinks safely on the go, the bottle leaks from the lid every time it is on the move. The leakage occurs whenever I carry the bottle, which completely defeats the purpose of a portable bottle that is supposed to be secure in a bag or while walking. I first noticed this problem on 30.09.2025. Since I live abroad, I have not been able to visit the store in person or contact customer service earlier, and that is why I am now submitting my complaint in writing. I kindly request that my defective Stanley Quick Flip 0.70 L bottle be replaced with a properly functioning one, or that a full refund be provided. I would like this issue to be evaluated within the scope of warranty and product quality standards, and I am ready to share my invoice dated 22.09.2025 if needed.
