Defective Stanley The IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler
In September 2025, I purchased a Stanley The IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler 0.89L in Lilac color from Stanley Türkiye’s official website, with order number 21425. The product was delivered to me on September 11, 2025, and I started using it on September 12. However, just 2–3 days after I began using it, the straw lid started leaking water — both while drinking, carrying it in a bag, and even when the tumbler was slightly tilted. After encountering this issue, I contacted customer support through the website where I made the purchase, but I have not received any response. The product arrived with a warranty certificate, yet I have been unable to find any information about where or how to send it for service. I kindly request that my complaint be addressed by examining the product under warranty and either replacing the defective part or providing a new product. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible regarding this matter. I must also express my disappointment, as this situation does not reflect well on a brand like Stanley.
