I Face Surface Peeling and Leakage Problem With Stanley All Day Slim Bottle

In October 2024, I purchased a Stanley All Day Slim cold water bottle through Amazon (Invoice No: 3002024031576907). Since the first day of use, I have noticed surface peeling on the exterior, and the bottle has a constant leakage problem.

These issues have persisted for several months, and I consider the product to be defective. I believe it should still be under warranty. I tried reaching out to Stanley’s communication partner, Kutupayısı, but I have not received any response. I also have not yet contacted Amazon regarding this matter.

I request a return and refund for this defective bottle. I expect Stanley and Amazon to take responsibility for the product quality and resolve my complaint quickly so that my grievance is not prolonged.
