Stanley Quick Flip Thermos Leaks but the Distributor Refuses Warranty

Hello, I purchased the Stanley brand thermos, The Quick Flip Stainless Steel 1.06-liter model, through an Amazon seller approximately one year ago. I bought the product as a gift for my father, so I wasn’t aware of its condition. A week ago, I used the product and noticed that it was leaking water. I tested it with both hot and cold water, but the leaking from the lid persisted unchanged. Upon realizing the product was defective, I submitted a damage report through the website of Kutup Ayısı, the Turkish distributor. The report required photos of the product from multiple angles, which I uploaded. There are absolutely no holes, cuts, or deformations on any part of the product that could cause water to leak. Despite this, Kutup Ayısı, the Turkish distributor, falsely claimed that the product had deformations and that these deformations were not covered under warranty. They sent me an SMS stating this and refused to take responsibility. I assure you that this company is dishonest and even resorts to slander. They rejected my perfectly intact product with a false SMS, throwing baseless accusations. Since they provided a false statement, I will also be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I own a total of three different sizes and models of this product. I haven’t encountered such an issue with the other sizes, but regardless, as long as Kutup Ayısı remains Stanley’s support line and distributor in Turkey, I will absolutely never purchase another Stanley brand product. I am attaching photos of the product in question as well. The reason I am writing this message here is to let everyone see what a deceitful company Kutup Ayısı is and how they fail to stand by their consumers.
