Stanley 2.3 Thermos Develops Rust After Short-Term Use

Stanley 2.3 Thermos Develops Rust After Short-Term Use

On June 9, 2026, I purchased a Stanley 2.3 thermos through Hepsiburada from a seller called Ce-Ma Mağazacılık. Despite using the product regularly, it does not properly maintain the temperature of either cold or hot beverages. In addition, rust began to appear within a short period of time around the areas where the lid closes.

After experiencing these problems, I contacted both Hepsiburada and the seller, but my invoice was never issued, and the seller has completely failed to provide it. I am dissatisfied with the product’s performance, and I am also concerned about the rust from a health and safety perspective.

I paid approximately $61 for this product, which I believe is defective, and I request that my Stanley 2.3 thermos be evaluated under the warranty and replaced with a defect-free product.
