I purchased a Stanley 1.07L stainless steel thermos from Amazon, which advertised a promise to keep beverages hot for 10 hours. However, this claim is entirely misleading. The thermos struggles to retain heat for even 2 hours. Feeling deceived by this false advertising, I sent it to the Kutup Ayısı warranty service for inspection. Instead of a solution, I received a dismissive response, stating, “It won’t keep drinks hot forever,” which felt like they were mocking me.
This is highly disappointing from a reputable brand like Stanley. I expect honest advertising and reliable product performance. I urge Stanley to address this issue and take responsibility for their misleading claims. Consumers deserve better.
