I Face Handle Locking Defect on Stanley 1.9L Thermos

I bought a Stanley 1.9L thermos from Teknosa on August 14, 2025, but from the very first use the handle locking mechanism has not worked properly. While pouring tea, the handle suddenly folds down, and more than once it nearly caused burns. My sister owns the exact same model and her thermos doesn’t have this problem, which clearly shows mine is defective.
I contacted Kutup Ayısı customer service and even provided photos showing that the thermos is in perfect condition, with no scratches or dents. Despite this, they dismissed the case as “user error” and refused to help. The thermos is still under warranty, and I even registered it officially, so this refusal makes no sense.
I believe Stanley should stand behind its warranty promise. All I want is a proper repair of the handle or a replacement thermos. For such a trusted and premium brand, shifting blame to the customer instead of solving a clear defect is unacceptable.
