Stake Deposit Not Received After UPI Payment — Support Ticket Still Unresolved

I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue I experienced on the Stake web platform. On March 8, 2026, at around 2:11 a.m., I made a deposit of ₹1,500 via UPI from my Indian Overseas Bank account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Stake account, and it has now been three days since the transaction.

After noticing that the funds did not appear in my Stake account, I opened a support ticket with Stake. My Stake ticket ID is Bqk8WDfWTchA37MF, and my UPI transaction reference number is UTR-119674111258. It has now been two days since I submitted the ticket, but the issue still has not been resolved and I have not received a satisfactory response.

I respectfully request that my ₹1,500 be refunded directly to my Indian Overseas Bank account as soon as possible using the UTR reference provided above. I also ask that Stake confirm in writing once the refund has been completed. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved promptly.
