Want Refund From Stake.in

On 4 April at around 12:46 p.m., I deposited ₹500 to my Stake.in account via UPI. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Stake.in account. After noticing this, I submitted an escalation complaint through the Stake.in platform, but I have not received any response so far. There is no clarity on where my money is or why the transaction is pending. I request that my ₹500 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, or that the issue be investigated urgently and resolved without any further delay.
